Another great PSA from our wonderful, automotive Professor Kilmer. Thank you, Scotty!
Craftsman
Just picked up a slightly lifted Toyota t100 4×4 as a daily and logging road cruiser, it's just tall enough that the only thing I've had to use a jack for was to lower the gas tank, I can get under it even with a creeper no problem lol
Those welds look just like the HF ones
Thanks Scotty. You might have just saved my life. I never thought about welds breaking causing the entire jack stand to collapse. Very frightening but also very important.
Always use jackstands ladies and gentlemen
Cheap jackstands killed my brother.
Pancakes are cool
railroad ties have always worked s=for me but I also prefer rolling around on the grass vs pavement
Where can we get cheap and reliable jackstands?
