please check your underhood wiring for mouse / squirrel damage.
i recently had an issue with the mice or squirrels eating some wires that caused the same issue.
I had a problem like that in my escape. Wanting to stall on idle. It was my EGR SENSOR. I just washed it with water and she was good but not new because after sometime it did the same thing. The tranny went at 330k but the motor ran but with all the wear and tear.
