    That's a wise but broad statement. I'd say run a Carfax or the like, they reveal where it came from & was serviced at. It was the coastal areas not inland that was flooded. Like buying any used car do your due diligence.

    That VW’s electrical problems might have not had anything to do with the flooding and more of it just being a Volkswagen.
