My Lexus does this
My wife’s Lexus , I changed the rotors twice , same issue, checked all tires , alignment etc… the issue was in the lug nuts previously put on by the idiots at the shop had her tires rotated. Just another issue I can check with a wobbly steering wheel.

Why did you not mention balancing the tyres since they are new? No weights on your rims visible.
YUP…I REPLACED BOTH WITH NEW ROTORS AND CARBON FIBER PADS…I SIMPLY HAD HOT SPOTS FROM THE FORMER OWNER…TY SCOTTY!!!
