Put new trans fluid in. Prob low on fluid.
I'm going to watch anyone ever jacking up my car like a hawk unless it's the Tesla dealer. The only time I forsee needing to jack it up is for my yearly brake caliper cleanings (recommended because I live in an area where they salt the roads in the winter) and for tire rotations. My car can only be jacked up in 4 very specific locations. And unless it's a special type of jack that has a certain type of pad on it, you have to have special jack pads. Doing it any other way can damage the battery. I have a set in my trunk…it was $20 for 4. I saw a guy that made his own by gluing doorstops to hockey pucks, they look exactly like the ones I got (I guess he did it before they were commonly/cheaply available).

its sucks becasue youd think ford would know better when it comes to basic quality control, think of it like this. they dont put an turbo charged inline 3 in a ford focus but they put one in an suv? and look at whats happening to the suvs, thats right. theyre breaking everywhere!
