Get them, Scotty Too Hottie! 🇺🇸
As I found out with GM, even if you complain, all you get is execuses. The only real way to "solve" this problem I found is to tell people about it, and don't buy their products. Unfortunately aside from taking legal action, or if Ford actaully does something about this — although thay too may try to play the "it's normal" card — you will lose money on it. I'm done with American made vehicles (as far as Ford, Chrysler and GM is concerned at least) for reasons like that… it would have been different if they had addressed issues, but they don't care. They have your money, they don't care. That or the politicians and lawyers need to start doing their jobs and hold these companies accountable and hit them with hefty fines. Maybe even halt production until problems are fixed.
