In this video I hurry along as fast as I can while I fix a customers Buick LaCrosse. We are down to the wire at the end of the day and still have to knock out a 4 wheel brake job, 4 tire balance, a couple of wipers and a left rear bearing in under one and a half hours. Will it get done and done well?

I don't understand why this was so important to finish by 5:00. He just brought it in at 3:30, right ? My Mother used to tell me something, and i have never forgotten it and it pertains to this customer, too. "Lack of preparation on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part." I'll be glad to fix your car, but I will do it when I can fit it in, and i will perform my work safely and carefully. I don't care if you're a Type A and want everything right away. The world does not revolve around you — last time I checked, the Earth revolves around the Sun. However, if it was Mrs. O asking you nicely to finish it by 5, that is a different story — if Mama is not happy, nobody is happy, right ?
