In this video I hurry along as fast as I can while I fix a customers Buick LaCrosse. We are down to the wire at the end of the day and still have to knock out a 4 wheel brake job, 4 tire balance, a couple of wipers and a left rear bearing in under one and a half hours. Will it get done and done well?

Hey Eric I have two general questions. I’ve been watching your videos for over a year now and as a complete novice I’ve learned a lot, especially about your diagnostic techniques. Why is it that other mechanics don’t test components and confirm the root cause of problems before changing parts? Second, any advice on finding a mechanic of your caliber locally? What kind of questions should we be asking to figure out if the shop has any real mechanics vs parts cannon guys?
