Not quite sure what you think the hot air gun is adding but it's a waste of time! Use hot air for paintless dent removal but you well beyond that point!.

Check the frame, is it bent. I see a ton of work on this. I had a hit and run. Went to a local shop got charged $241 for a quarter panel damage but yours look more severe. Anyways I went and did it. Its a pain by the looks of it. Just pay up get it over with.
