The Saab V4 was a 4 stroke German Ford engine. Scotty get our facts right!

Anyway, it is almost 2023 and most individuals do not get the message to not buy any brand new vehicle. This is the reason to buy a used one and/or keep your current vehicle, as long as it is necessary to do so. What is your opinion on a 2006 Buick Lucerne five-passenger full-size sedan with the 3800 (3.8 L) V6 engine and the regular four-speed automatic transmission and a 2008 Saturn Vue Hybrid compact SUV with the 2.4 L four-cylinder engine and the four-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift mode? I heard that the Lucerne will last for quite some time than the Vue Hybrid, because the 3800 V6 from General Motors is exactly bulletproof and it is a lot safer to ride and drive, whether if you are planning to go on a road trip or drive across the metropolitan area. They are both front-wheel-drive (FWD). The Vue Hybrid is also a good vehicle to drive across the metropolitan area, as well. Finally, the Lucerne and the Vue Hybrid are both cheap vehicles to own, to maintain and to insure. Thank you very much.

I thought of Scotty Kilmer the other day. I dropped off a co-worker at his mechanics shop. There a sign that read. “We don’t loan tools and don’t work on Chryslers.”

  7. Tom The Plummer

Who would try that? Time to send in the Kilmer Army?

  8. Tom Baldwin

Scotty! I will pay you for an autographed picture of you as a kid standing in front of your Maverick.. Ford….the old one……😀Name your price!

Scotty, I bought a brand new Prius in 2015. By 2018 I was driving down a city street when the dash display went totally black. Electrical problems can be very expensive and reoccur. I traded in in for a new Tocoma and the electronics were getting more complicated to get right. The automanufactures are proving they can't make it reliable.
