I had a Ford Mondeo once. It started falling apart after about 130k miles. It was literally one repair after another. Luckily, some young kid smashed into it in the parking lot so I got an insurance refund. It was still driveable, so I glued the driver side mirror back on and sold it to some dude. Good riddens.

My old 2000 7.3 flung the back half of the driveshaft. Dented the exhaust and fuel tank. It dented the tubing, I slapped it back in and made it home.
Change oil regularly.
