If I want to paint my car at my house and I live in Southern California near La you been I'm going to if I want to do Bodywork you bet I'm going to I'm about to do some fiberglass work to my Dash and door panels and full modification and then I'm going to completely build up my 60 Galaxy and I have three cars with no engines sitting in my front yard right now in the city in California this is just for Sacramento but if they think they're going to let this s*** trickle-down I'll burn down f**** City Hall

Sounds like some of the Cali laws being complained about are a little over-hyped. The reason I’m saying this is because I follow quite a few Youtubers who have crazy mods, LOUD cars, and work on their own vehicle in their driveway/garage with no issues from the cops. I can honestly think of, at least, 5 Youtubers (from Cali)….who have the loudest street cars I’ve ever heard and they still drive around and do vlogs. Doty, you are correct though, it really depends on your neighbors. On the other hand, when you’re driving around the city, you definitely have to pick and choose where you do pulls and revs. We don’t have strict laws here in Indiana, but if a neighbor complains, law or no law, you will be addressed by a cop. Holla.
