Yeah I got ripped off when I was in the Marines and I had to move to Quantico which is in Virginia. Oh yeah they got me and I was ignorant because my home state was Tennessee and I could have had an exemption at that time. Now I think they have changed it where it doesn't matter where your home state is located and it only matters where you reside. I lost $1,000 and a didn't even fix my vehicle correctly. Now I'm retiring in Florida away from the Commonwealth
Emissions are a scam. Just states trying to make an extra buck off of citizens.
I love Scotty but he's completely wrong about that tire in the beginning of the video- the issue is not the tread depth but the cracks. There is signifiant cracking visible on the tire which indicates the rubber has degraded to such an extent that it is no longer safe to drive on.
