    Hello Jim and Bogi! Bogi congrats on your ten year anniversary. I had a shop for fifteen years through the 70's and 80's. During this time I employed two female technicians. They were some of the best techs I ever had with me. Don't worry about that chip. The only ones with a chip are the ones too blind to see, because their ego is in the way.
