    Changed my gear oil the other day and sucked the gear oil out of the fill plug. That makes it easier because you don't remove the back cover.

    What? You didn't clean off all that oil nastiness with brake cleaner then hit it with some semi-gloss black to keep that rust showing up down to a minimum? Oh well….
