The electronics in the Dodge/Chrysler and Ram products aren’t reliable. The past 10 years have really shown that to be true. That’s probably why he gets rid of his vehicles every 30,000 miles or so.

Why I expect this…
My friend bought a 2017(?) Durango with the 5.7 Hemi for around $17k and is doing a few modifications to it, it is basically a budget version of this, maybe not quite as fast, but 1/3 the price. He already knows he'll probably have to replace the transmission and transaxle since he loves to drive like a maniac. He also loves Dodges and knows he may not be able to keep them forever. Meanwhile I basically baby my 2011 Camry and '94 Ranger. We have different priorities and different budgets, lol…
