I had a Toyota once that had a weak oil pressure sensor that actually blew apart while I was on an inerstate. No low oil lite came on and I lost the engine due to a 10 dollar part. Some guys will rig up their ignition coil power to go through an open close pressure switch. Soon as the engine loses oil pressure the engine shuts off.. For racing engines only.
