If you total the cost of depreciation, servicing, parts, tires, insurance, registration etc on all the vehicles owned over a lifetime it would be way more than the 70k spent on fuel, despite what people think, fuel is cheap, its the other costs that make running a car expensive
I should live in my Suburban since it holds 42 gallons and costs about as much as my rent to fill up
If 70,000 is for the average person then i must spend twice that! I own a 97 f150 with a v8 4×4 and I'm proud of it 21 mpg baby I will never ever buy a gas saver! But that's me!
I know the f150s have a plug in unit the disables the stsrt/stop function so gotta be units for other cars. Put one on and don't have to push the button anymore.
Always good car advice,and entertaining
I have had a company vehicle for 30+ years. I don’t pay for gas.
5.4L F150s also have a sludging problem because the oil galleys in the head were made way to small from the factory. There’s lots of vids on YouTube. Carwizards channel actually shows what happens if you don’t change the oil religiously in those engines. Terrible engine.
Not me, I'm buying diesel…
8 Fiat owners gave this a thumbs down
my biggest fear with start/stop tech is that the starter would give out and leave me stranded at a busy intersection
