Good cars but in someways pointless to other 4 cylinder cars. 2 door, still slow, still heavy, not great gas mileage for the downsides. Better to wait for a deal on a another toyota or lexus

Mine has a a 2012, six speed standard and bought it at an auction for 10K. It had 1,000 miles (now has 15k). Drivers like a dream! Even the factory stereo is awesome! I’m using a 2016 engine and making it turbocharged and Inter cooler
A co-worker financed a Scion TC with 166K for $6,500. 🤦🏾
Bought a 2006 Scion tC with 170k. The alignment was off and the engine had a horrible ticking noise. The car was all stock. I drove it from San Diego to Michigan; Michigan to Virginia; Virginia to Chicago; and Chicago to Colorado. Absolute beast of a car. Super reliable. I sold it and bought a Veloster, sold the veloster and now I have a 2008 tC. Absolutely love this car.

Just got a 2004 Camry with the 2.4 2AZ-FE. Fingers crossed it’s not an oil hog but I’ll be keeping a close eye on it. My understanding is 2007-2009 we’re the worst years but who knows
