Hertz is the terrible rented from them about a year ago worst experience ever I would never I REPEAT NEVER USE HERTZ AGAIN. I am a painter and my work truck was wrecked and be repaired and my insurance company sent me to hertz told me that I could get a utility van or a truck I go there they wouldn’t let me get the vehicle that day because my wife was on the insurance and they needed to see her dl. So my wife and I go back the next day and they are like we don’t have any vans or trucks available for rent so I leave call my insurance company they tell me to go back and they will call them so I am sitting there and he’s on the phone with insurance company rolling his eyes he hangs up calls his minion over tells him something hands me a paper to sign tells me to wait a couple and my rental will be ready the minion whips around the corner with a f*>king Toyota Corolla and I am like my insurance company said you guys were gonna give me a truck or a van he literally said to me I don’t care what your insurance company said this is what we got take it or leave it mind you the parking lot was full of suvs and utility vans like sprinters I already missed 2 days of work now I am 2 hours late on the 3rd day and I have no way to haul tools or material. Worst experience ever……
