The resistive heaters in electric cars drain the battery fast in northern winter's too. They are good for warm climate, imho.

Hi im 23 and ive got a 1998 crown victoria as my first car for 200$canadian. Ive replaced the alternator and a couple other electrical components because of overcharging. Im 1000$ deep now and the mechanic says the frame has a rust hole among other things. I was quoted 3200 to get it safetied, engine is good and it shifts great. Is it worth the money to fix? Thanks
