I was changing the front brake pads on a 2012 Hyundai Tucson when I noticed the the slider pin on the bracket that you bolt in the caliper was stuck and the dust boot was missing luckily I was able to hammer it down a bit and it slid down so I was able to bolt in the caliper to the bracket, The new brake pads work like a dream and I don't want to buy a new bracket because they only comes as a set set with the caliper at least for this suv it does. My question is will this affect my brake system in the future? What do you recommend?
