Here in Europe Peugeot builds one of the most rock solid cars yeah they had their problems but they are overall very solid
I'm a proud owner of the 207 and I can tell you it's very comfortable while sporty,very reliable and economic (prices of gas in Europe are crazy)
The new 508 and the 3008 SUV will sell like hot cakes there believe me, people are sick of gas guzzling beasts that look bland overall
You can only comment on Peugeot after owning one 😉 thank you very much

I am living between USA and Europe and at the moment I would say Peugeot are pretty well built and reliable. Scotty simply has no clue – he can't take a look at them as they are not imported yet and I doubt he has ever been to Europe. Entertaining, but more a guy at the bar than a seasoned mechanic.

I don’t understand why companies like peaugot and Renault want to come to the U.S market. Everyone here knows French and Italian cars are junk. Fiat and Alpha Romeo are good examples. No one buys them. They have a very low dealership network and their reputation doesent help. I’m not a GM fan but I’d rather own one of their products instead of a French or Italian car.
At my local auto parts stores they’re all young guys working there that are barely learning and some girls that don’t know anything and don’t seem to care for the profession . I’ve asked for their opinion on possible problems with my cars that I work on and they say dumb things that I know aren’t causing the problem or they just say they don’t know. I even get given the wrong part half the time even after giving them the exact description or product number.
