I bought an old gas station hoist for $100.00 and of course I did do a lot of digging to get it out, and then more digging to put it outside my shop. But I was much younger then. But now I'm 73 and boy that hoist is a good thing to have today for changing oil and brake jobs, ball joints and wheel bearings. No more sliding under a car for me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Scotty, cut the crap, will you. I have a Tesla and never, ever had any issue with it. No maintenance, no repairs, nothing. And Tesla cars cost less than most new ICE new cars today. Don’t you know that?
Scotty i need some advice, someone is selling a 1980 chevy c10 with 160k miles for 3500$ its really nice on the outside and i need a good work truck that i can work on and will last but its a fixer upper, engine is nice but it needs some wiring done and the interior is a fixer upper is it work buying at 3500$
I'm honestly all for the ev future. We just need the infrastructure and the evs themselves need to get more reliable
