To seal properly, a head gasket requires a surface finish that is within a recommended range. The specifications vary depending on the type of head gasket. If the surface is too rough, or in some cases too smooth, the gasket may not seal properly and leak or fail.

😅😅😅😂😂😂😅😂😅 your fired
gonna be perfectly straight and flat… yeah.
Tem q dar acabamento com lixa finíssima e num base de vidro ir retirando as limalhas
Movimentação circular no vidro com lixa finíssima
If your really going to do this atleast use a piece of glass under the sandpaper… it might be shocking to some but I've seen 2x4s and 2x6s less straight than people waving a pride flag
That's not good
Horrible
Good luck
Everyone talking about using machine shop for this well that’s fine u do u, I’ve done this countless times with the exception of going back over it with a fine 600 then 800 grit to really smooth out the finish, never had a problem with getting them to seal with exception of one head of a 3.8l, after sanding one corner of the head I noticed just wasn’t even getting touched by sand paper. With a straight edge a feeler gauge it was .012 out of limit, warped so far out that even a machine shop would not have been able to square it up so yeah I saved some money there👍
Правильно, именно так. И не смейте относить гбц на фрезеровку к профессионалам, они ее захуярят там на станке, а наждачка – это ручной драгоценный труд, безопасность и надежность
