Bondo= I don't know what I'm doing so I'll put some filler in sand it down and paint it
When everyone talks about getting into an accident their egos either make them lie and say it was the other guy's fault. Its like people that gamble, they only talk about it when they win. Here we go; I was driving a company pickup into a gas station. It was early in the morning and all the pumps were occupied. I couldn't get into the side in the middle, cuz this lady in a Mary pink car was blocking both sides parking at an angle. I was pissed so I drove all the way around. As I was watching those dreaded cement posts that guard the pumps, there is this 8-inch channel iron post that has the sign that shows the prices. Guess who hit that damn sign that was really all too close to the pump. Yea 5 miles per hour, the driver's side front quarter panel, lights, plastic all over the place. I called my boss, and his boss, told me there is nothing to discuss until I pass the drug test.
So my boss drove out, and the insurance is so cheap that we have to use a certain body shop and a certain towing company. The tow driver took 2 hours to get there and take it away. Then it's off to the clinic for the drug test. Even though I don't do drugs, I was concerned that I would have a false positive. Then the nurse, instructed me that I was to empty my pockets, show my ID, and the water was turned off in the bathroom. I did the thing, and she said when she says so, I open the lid and place it onto the cup.
Its back to being driven to my house to take my possessions and stay there until the drug test is given. The bosses boss called him and said after I got everything in the garage, to get me and get me back to work the test was negative. So, I got another truck, that was dirty and needed an oil change, loaded it up with my possessions and with one hour left in the day went to an oil change place, then to the car wash.
The car I crashed is in the parking lot, it looks as though nothing happened, now. The next week a kid that worked with us, made an illegal U turn and is no longer with us. He tested positive for something, probably weed. The moral of the story is this according to me: Don't do drugs when you have a position, there is a guy that I think smokes, because he says it isn't fair that he can't do it. Don't talk on the phone while driving, even hands free, don't text, maybe eat, if it isn't soup. Don't be tempted to pick up the phone. Do your navigation first, and have it set so the lady talks to you.
By the way, the body work was fantastic, I guess it was better I was assigned a different truck, who knows if the frame was sprung and not properly alligned.
Hmm. My insurance company just totaled my car and it had like no damage in the accident. Just a damaged wheel.
Only in 11th and in auto right now. Our school has a great auto program and we have full access to all data as well. Been using the site to flip cars for side cash. Had people come up from Nashville Lincoln tech a few weeks ago. For a few years I already knew where I wanted to go. My goal is to go there and start with auto or Diesel then collision welding mopar painting and stick with that for a good few years and try to work my way up to aircraft tech around Dallas but would prefer to do aircraft privately for better profit. Hoping to eventually get certified cdls and higher class including flight license. Really just wish tk be all around certified to drive absolutely anything that comes my way via in the air or under water. And if underwater or sea welding comes up then that would be great as well. This video is the first high tech repair Iv seen vs my small town where we mostly use old school hammers and squares. Great video and love how you explained what you was doing without so much detail you lose our attention. But the tech you used blew my mind can’t wait to dive deeper in this line of work
"Customers are super happy when they see their car, until they get their bill of course…"
Check from gm to wreck my vehicle or claim it to cops 2500 with someone impersonating me. Nice front end Chevy that one that yall switched mine out for and printed new stickers c and punches but didn't punch everything. Brake recall owning gm priceless
Trade with an expert else you will lose all your capital and you will drop off the market
The importance of professional mentorship of an expert should be the first step of trading.
Damn. Guy's like a surgeon.
This guy stars in Bondo 007!
This is cool.
