A lot of cars have their fuel filters in the tank as a part of the pump assembly.
Thanks for making this tutorial for free! I found it very informative and easy to understand, I have a question as I'm trying to improve my knowledge and understanding of cars. Do you think these same servicing tips will apply to a petrol powered car? I own a 2007 Volvo C30 T5 for reference, and I'd like to perform my own services on it. I noticed that the Volvo's engine is assembled similarly to a Golf's.
Very good video with handy tips. One tip I have is when you pull the oil filter out take it away to the bench or somewhere else because you left it on top of the engine and made a mess I seen the oil dripping down in around the engine. Just an idea.
Watched about 20 of your videos in one night, excellent work. You make everything seem super easy, no chance I'll be paying someone else to do simple work like this from now on!
How many liters of oil it takes thanks
For golf mk5 1.4 16v
Great video … Just on the fuel filter so we don't need expensive vcds ? We can just turn the key to prime ?
Thanks for the help but won't you and other mechanics lose money now though?
great content as always. just used this for my mk5 tdi 🙂
Damn, Rob, this is one fine informative video, thanks !
