Repair unsightly rust before it’s too late.

If the car has a natural enemy, it’s rust. Left unattended it’s unsightly and unsafe, but can be repaired with the right products and a bit of effort. You can keep your car in top condition by checking your body work as often as you check your oil and repairing rust spots as soon as they appear.

You guys that think you have to cut and replace metal are either body shop repairmen, or you've been fed lies your whole life!! You're all full of shit! This video demonstrates a very viable option on how to patch holes and dents and such. If it were a bigger hole, you may need a self adhesive mesh patch, to allow a structure for the filler to attach to. Other than that, this method works well, especially for the DIY or limited funding people. Body shops will always suggest replacing the metal, because they can charge more. It fills their pockets with cash, and your wallet is getting raped! You might as well bend over and take it, cause that's basically what the body shop guys do. This method, and these types of products, work great if done properly. It allows people to do it themselves, save money, and tell the body shops to go fuck themselves! Thank you, have a nice day!!

Quite a good repair but being a rocker panel it has to be welded that hole has lost quite a lot of body strength, and filler and glass fiber cloth will not give that damaged point its full strength, any body panel doors boot bonnet and front wing panels can be repaired with filler but not the main safety cage locations and that was one of them, and any location within 12 inches of a safety belt point or sub frame mounting point. Any way with the amount of time taken to do that repair, it would have been quicker to plasma cut out the dead metal and weld in a patch making the repair stronger and longer lasting.

IT IS TOO LATE. Why are you misapplying this product? I guess it works ok for the outback. This is going to rust back out unless you are in a desert.

Treat the rusty part with OIL ( for weeks ) instead of rust converter and this kind of repair will last for 10+ years.Rust converter works on SURFACE RUST ONLY.
