Iād like to know why manufacturers left a little exposed wires near the connections plug or to the connections. Is it safe to tape this so that those wires will not greatly exposed to heat of the engine and also to prevent deterioration?
Thanku sir
Cool channel brother! Any chance on getting those diagrams? Doing the same build š¤š½

Great vid. Are the plastic connectors available. Most of mine are too brittle to trust.
What size you use braided sleeve?
solder?!? noooo. i will not even use the connectors with the low temp solder.
soldering makes a great connection, however, it does not allow the wires to flex with the constant vibration a vehicle puts out. a correctly crimped connector will make just as good of a connection as a soldered joint. using good quality heat shrink will provide the needed stress relief.
doubt me? where are the soldered connections in a factory wiring harness? if soldering was superior, then every connector would be done with solder.
leave the soldering to the computer geeks
