    Ya I’ve done the same thing on the last few I’ve changed 96 & 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 86 ram charger , 86 F250 , 03 Tahoe, 05 Ram pu every time had to cut , shorten and rebend . I keep telling myself quit buying junk and get out of NY and yet I’m now shopping for a 1966 Riviera because I just don’t learn from my mistakes

    9:20 Anyone else get the feeling that Pete didn't actually cross out the extra 1/2" and that was the problem? In the end it looked like he cut off almost exactly 1/2" to make it fit right.
