HOW HARD IS IT TO REPLACE FLOOR PANS:
Replacing floorpans is one of the most basic sheetmetal jobs there is and among the most common. … The nice thing about floorpan replacement is that it’s really not all that complicated-you disassemble what’s left of the original, trim and fit the new one, and reverse your disassembly procedure.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REPLACE FLOOR PANS:
A floor pan repair panel costs anywhere from around $50 to $600, depending on your vehicle’s type, year, make, and model. Floor pan replacement costs could also vary on the location of your floor panel.
WHAT IS A FLOOR PAN IN A CAR OR TRUCK:
The floorpan is a large sheet metal stamping that often incorporates several smaller welded stampings to form the floor of a large vehicle and the position of its external and structural panels.

Great instructions. Sammie bad influence on Pete. The hats look good except on Sammie. I'm ordering one anyway. Just checked and cannot find hats.
Good job My Friend Pete, Sammie's a cool touch.
I have been trying for a few years to tell others about how good those CHL panels are.
I’ve used them in two Novas, and they were perfectomundo cheese!
Hi Pete, nice video. Very informative as usual.
I have a fox mustang with bent frame rails, and I have entire front clip. Would removing entire rails and replace them make sense? Just a novice but can drill spot welds. I believe you hate these cars but i loved driving it. My son had a fender bender with it and been sitting in garage for several years. Thanks Pete and Minnie
Your videos have helped me more than you can imagine even though I screw up a ton Thank you my friend Pete ❤
