    There is no way you sanded the wheel well like that by hand! Usually excellent, complete, explanatory comments are included; Chris must have forgot this one (a very BIG one). BTW, rust doesn't "bleed" through, it "eats" through. – Excellent backyard instruction (some of it may be better than some shops).
