I bought a tank with a dent in it because it was cheap lol and I did exactly what you did and it came out looking good. Can't even tell a dent was there lol.     Shoot ole buddy that looks good better than factory like you say they don't finish it.
    I'm going try ur white vinegar trick dad's 2010 Corolla has cracking on roof halfway and all way to back as gets worse at back. Bad surface rust. If don't get it I'm going have cut weld n new metal. So it's past time I'm welder fabricator, mechanic by trade. Body and paint no so much. Have camo some rifles with the wedge sponge brushes from dollar store and mart of walls little bottles paint n arts and crafts section lots people around here likes um but that's nothing compared to getting air compressor and laying paint lol. Did get cambell hausfeld paint kit from Walmart 20$ regular 199 maybe they was changing to Goodyear brand few years back got my son Blue 6 gal pancake compressor bunch air tools that paint kit all of it under 150 and 1/2" ,3/8 air impacts to air dies air hammers 2 each all that only one compressor and paint kit but has two guns in it. Anyway it's been n corner now time put first spray through it lol.
    Great job great video I'm subbing up checking um out also monte Carlo SS is one my favorite cars that's real monte not front wheel driver 84-87 or 86 last year but like old big boats to 70s model early and late but 85,86 monte SS yeah t top. Had lx brown t top 305 auto n floor. Pretty nice had monte rot up top . Lol stay safe from ur ole hillbilly buddy good job again.

    And that is not repairing , that is covering it up. A cruder way to put it is, putting lipstick on a pig. It works until you take a close look at it. The cancer is still there.
