I noted that 'sit and watch grown males run around with a ball while wearing tight pants or shorts' was not on your list of suggestions of things to do if not working on a car.  Note: I do not watch grown adults run around with balls while wearing tight pants or shorts.  That does not make sense to me.  It makes more sense for males to watch female gymnastics or tennis.  A wardrobe malfunction may occur.

Great videos! I feel you left out some important steps and hope you can clarify… Between videos 3 & 4 you unmask the primered area and in video 4 you show the hood painted.. What's the process for sanding the primer? You must have to feather the hard tape edge back into the good paint…Do you have to sand all the clear off the whole hood before painting or just rough it up enough to give the paint something to stick to. I've got a 2003 Mazda 6 that has some clear bubbling on the hood and really want to attempt to fix it myself… Thanks again for the videos…..

Sir, how do i get rid of the paint line left by the tape? The part i had to paint was about 12 inches by 4 inches so now it looks like a rectangular patch haha. The color is white so im not to concerned , it looks good from far away, but is their any way to take it off? I am new at this painting skill. Thanks you.

I'm 38 my sons 9 I will be bringing him from so cal to norcal for a week next week, before the schools starts. I'm like you, seriouse DIYer myself and we will be fixing my truck, building furniture and doing some jokes too so this was really appreciated. This is how me and my little mini joke around too. That lucky guy was born here because I got off my a$$ on the other side of this planet and decided to come here, so he can have a better life and not be one of "those guys" you see on the telly. Now we can be buds and repair cars and post youtube videos and grill hotdogs and play video games and maybe even go for a swim if I can find a damn pool someplace near here, you hear… My name is Dave and I like to rave ya'll…. I have a regular (i think its DA) orbital sander electric though. Can I use that instead? I have a compressor too but havnt gottem the sander for it since I have two palm sanders one square one orbital. So after you sand things down what kind of primer do you use? And do you use a primer at all on bare metal? When the metal is not exposed what do you put on it first before you put a paint on it? tell me, teach me so I dont go to those foken guys which I am never ever going to. Fock em. Im doing it myself.

Dude the reason for the cear coat to peel off or something is that the oners are using a car covers on their cars Now when it is starts raining the cover is getting wet and some moister is passing between the car and the fucking car cover .So when the sun comes up after the rain ,the moist is becoming water and as the temrerature is rising the water starts to boil and thats is how the clear coat is fucked !!!!!!

Hey Pete I like that you tell people (guys) to get off their ass and do something. But maybe be a little more patient with you boy. He's a nice kid and he looks up to you. It's easy to tell but let him finish his sentences and listen to him. Someday when you are old he might be take caring of you. LOL!
