Very good! Thank you.
Is the heat gun necessary?
Nice work mate !
What kind of spray paint did you use?
What are the possibilities of sanding through or damaging your base coat when trying to remove the edge/lip of the old peeling clear coat ? This is what concerns me the most when attempting this repair.
That is a top job 👏 end result is flawless
What brand lacquer are you using? And what type Satin, semi-gloss or full gloss?
How on Earth did you sand that without scratching the paint!?!?!?
Hey Johnny. I'm about to attempt this repair tomorrow on my front bumper but it's plastic and wondering if it would be ok to spray an adhesive promoter before the clear. Don't want the clear flaking off weeks later if I don't.
Looks great! After you polish it, do you just wax it to protect or was there something else?
