There are lots of ways to smooth out a dent. But in the case of our Chevy Caprice, we will be using a stud gun and a slide hammer to undo the damage.

Funny of you to assume cars are made of metal

You do need to be careful on how long you apply heat for though, it can melt the panel and leave a hole. it's a pretty fun process.

Or you can take the body hammer and a dolly and do it like we have been for decades and if it has a wrinkle just heat it up and shrink it real quick

Why is the cinematography for this Dent pulling video so good

You're using the tool wrong, pull the trigger for a millisecond, the pins then break off clean after pulling, some might come off as you pull, just fit another. Heating the panel is bad for it not only do you burn off coatings inside but you heat treat the panel when welding and grinding, it's also a massive waste if time doing it like you did.

Holding that trigger a little too long, just a second is plenty

Don't clip them off just twist at the base and save on grinding and risk putting unnecessary heat into the panel

Half a second is enough time for pin to set…easy removal with slight twist when done right, simple!
