How i repaired a rust hole in a car sill/rocker panel. Am sharing my experience of how i approached this small repair an hope some of you will share what you have done too.
Im not a qualified panel repair person or welder, im just an unskilled worker having a go at a diy repair job.

Nothing wrong with that fix. You always take your time and plan what you're doing. Great video – keep them coming!

FINALLY!! Someone with the common sense to know the only way to get rid of rust is to cut it out and put fresh metal in!!! Welding over rust or using filler is never going to last! Well done fella! Fantastic, informative video.

I have the same problem on my 09 Dodge Ram 1500..good fix but you probably are going to have additional rusting along the whole rocker panel. I plan to replace the whole panel and back spray it with undercoating for future rust protection.
