How i repaired a rust hole in a car sill/rocker panel. Am sharing my experience of how i approached this small repair an hope some of you will share what you have done too.
Im not a qualified panel repair person or welder, im just an unskilled worker having a go at a diy repair job.

Thank you, sir! All it needed once the patch was in and the welds ground down was body solder which could be filed to just the right shape. But, even good plastic filler would serve as well; I learned something here today!

Yet another " repair " that does not show you the finished job !!
That was a good fix, not like alot who wouldnt weld and grind and would rather just filler. Did you cavity wax the insider through a grommet hole to seal it properly?
