Sorry one of the first things I was taught was to never never never sand inside a paint booth.
I would not do this myself to fix it the correct why is to take the bumber off repaint and put it in the baking oven. lolol ha ha
can´t hear a FUCK what he is saying while sanding – because of the crappy background music and the noise inside the paint booth

Do anyone know where to buy all the materials for this procedure? I really want to avoid going to a paint and body shop and being charge large amount of money when this is doable at home.
