Wow what a perfect time for this video I got a chip on my windshield and the repair shop told me “it’s going to be $59 dlr the first repair and $5 dlr any additional chips …. thank you for teaching me how to do it , I just ordered a kit ?
I let my teenage son use that same kit on two of our cars and results were great. Thanks for the extra tip about the heat gun.
When filling the cracks apply a light pressure from inside so the glue fills the cracks easier.

I live in the state of Florida, if you're driving on the highway it's usually the far right-hand lane is the easiest one to pass. Becker so many people hang out in the left-hand lane. specially semi trucks and work trucks. I don't get it you're working, your primary goal is safety. Why are you slowing down traffic in the left-hand lane in your semi truck?
Holy Crow, for $10 amazon prime you get a complete kit sans a standard razor blade. Great for those non-insured windshields.
I used the same kit a few months ago to repair a small chip with 2 half inch cracks on either side of the chip. Totally impressed with the results.
