What kind of fabric was that? A flat weave? Suede? Great job

Great Video! Where can I get replacements for the clips /retainers that goes towards the back area? Sometimes those tend to break when taking them off because they are old. They come in different colors, I just want to know where to get replacements. Thanks

Suggestion – If the board is decomposing like at 12:40 try sealing and hardening it with spray polyurethane before gluing the cover on. That will vastly increase the adhesion of the glue. After you remove all the soft, rotted material of course.

Great video. I'm about to take this on and the tips about the corners are really helpful. My headliner has many contours and I was worried about them. Now not as much. Thanks for sharing.
