    So it appears you do not have to remove the item that punctured the tire, just ream the hole and push the nail, etc inside the tire… ???

    Worked perfectly. I added some of the tips mentioned in the comments such as using a small drill bit for a tiny puncture so the reamer could penetrate, and using the supplied cement glue on the inserter to make it easier to insert. Tires are doing great now. Thank you!
