Learning more and more tips and tricks with every video. I'm curious if you get a lot of comments on how you can't talk to your employees like that. Back in 2001 I got called into the office for swearing and yelling at the rough necks, I stood my ground, and told them you guys hired them. Now I've gotten off service rigs, and work in coil tubing shop, people comment on how they hear my voice over the equipment. Kids now days, not all, think they can pick or choose what they are going to do.
