Definitely put a stop on the end! It's a real problem if you drive off the end working solo (or with idiots!). Trying to get a car down after a metal ramp on a smooth surface got fired backwards and wedged as the driver tried to drive up was difficult and pretty dangerous with only a basic jack and too many wood blocks to get it high enough to recover the ramp. Good build, simple and cheap. For extra traction staple some chicken wire on there or use a chainsaw to add grooves etc, helps once the edges get rounded and oil etc inevitably get spilled on them.

Congratulations for the video. What is the height of the ramp?

Almost bought some ramps before I stumbled on your video – couple that with plenty of extra wood in my basement and seems easy enough. thanks for the info!
