Good info!  What about the cheap paint you just used as a guide coat?  It's been applied to bare untreated steel where the wheel opening flares out.  Do you end up sanding it all back off when you do your skim coat?

I've tried using the swrnc link on this video and finally figured out why it wouldn't work.   check out your 'http'    it has an 's' and that won't get   the viewer to swrnc.   I feel like a moron but caught it before yanking the hair off the dog.

Hey pete . Love the videos man. Very in depth and very easy to follow. After a good bit of time I finally got my 69 pontiac lemans back and I want to tackle it . Thanks to your videos I now have an idea for what im in for. Definitely not looking for a quick way to flip it like some people do just for show on the outside but I want to take it apart from top to bottom. And redo it inside and out frame to fenders and beyond. Keep doing what your doing pete!
