Also something to note around Mighty Car Mods: we are normal guys and are not trained mechanics. We like to make interesting car mods and show you how we’ve gone about it, but we can’t promise that anything we show you will work for your particular car, or that you won’t harm yourself, someone else, your car or your warranty doing it. Please be safe, be responsible and unless you know what you’re doing, do not fool around with very serious machinery just because you’ve seen us make it look so easy. Talk to a qualified mechanic if you are in any doubt.

That trim looks super wrinkly and janky even when it's done. This is a good candidate for something you might want to take to a pro…
Good job Fitting The Door on Marty Mira looks amazing 👏👏👏👏👏
You have any info on the company you use to send the door panel template into to have one made and sent out to you?
Like an old wizards co….coat. Yeah I thought that was going to end different
You can also just use a penetrating epoxy like total boat. It stabilizes the cards, strengthens them and waterproofs them. You can also add a layer of fiberglass to the back side of the card to increase strength even further. Much easier than cutting out new cards that will warp and sag eventually.
Nice!!!! I needed this!!!
Great video. what thickness melamine would you recommend for door cards?
Good point, I forgot about my laser CNC, I’ll just cut them out on that. You guys are the best !
