I’m a noob to painting/body work but why use a DA vs a square electric sanding block? Just trying the two on my own truck I feel more control and more even wear with the block vs DA. Again I’m a noob/beginner that’s why I’m here trying to learn lol
Why is this the last? Are you retiring?. YouTube will be different without you, sad to see another pro such as myself leave the industry. It’s depressing really but glad you’ve done everything you have for those who watch and listen. Wish you and Minnie the best
Glad 🙂 to see a new vid from my friend Pete ….. your friend Pauldo Canada 🇨🇦
You are awesome
Looks very similar to the color of my 74 Buick century. Leaf green metallic.
the other thing to consider with the door to front fender gap is how much has the car flexed when the engine was removed, i like to see the cars all complete and take note of that sort of thing, some cars move alot when the engine and tranny come out, esp the separate frame ones.
got caught out by that years ago on a full resto, when i was early on in my life
Cris Cross Bondo learn something new 👍
My friend Pete…seems I recall seeing you mess with guitars also? As a pro in these sorts of things, what’s your “go to” to strip off a super heavy poly coats off import electric guitar bodies? Heat gun and semi flexible putty knife helps, but I figure you know a secret way because otherwise, it’s a hell of a job trying to strip off thick plastic guitar body finishes. Thx Pete.
Great vid
Thank you my friend Pete for another great video.
Thank you for your service in the USN. By the way, my dad was a Chief Yeoman on the USS West Virginia and a Pearl Harbor Survivor. We took him to Punch Bowl on Oahu in 1988. I paid a visit this last Memorial day and paid my respect to both, my mother and father. It was a good day.
May God Bless you and Minny, my friend Pete.
