I do a simpler better way
3 letters WTF . This is a bad repair . I repair bumpers all the time and they never look that rough when finished . This is a cowboy repair and what the UK call a Bodge job .
The cover is cheap it's the paint that cost a pretty penny my 14 Corolla S bumper cover is only 350.00 just primered the paint and install makes it a $1400.00 the part painted is $860.00 not included install. so really If you need a new cover just buy the primer only the paint will cost you.
