Why is your voice so weird?
You should have somebody holding the brake pedal down at the final pump and then closing the bleed off valve, so no air is in the system
Just to add, you need some brake fluid in the bleed device before you start pressing the brake pedal.

There could be air in the system too but in that case you’d still bleed it (use a vacuum bleeder to make it easier)
Well not all cars have bleeding sequence so you gotta know witch is right for your car not all of them are fairest away from the master cylinder it’s not 1982 anymore every car different
Guy doesn't know what the hell he's talking about do not do that that's not how it is done and if your brake pedal is squishy you most likely have a leak or your master cylinder is bad
