    Dude hope your knees respond to surgery. The rehab PT is super important……continue the exercises forever. I have found loosing 20 lbs was the most important step.

    I had some 2k hardener and reducer went to use it and it looks all empty wtf happen here could it be the cold months!? Was sealed up!
